ADMISSIONS

• To register your child at the club please collect a registration form from the school office. Please return the completed form to the office and this will be passed on to the staff at the club. Bookings need to be made at least 48 hours in advance, to ensure a place for your child, enough snacks for each child and adequate staffing levels

• Bookings can be made by contacting us on 07493 453294, messaging us on the Famly app or speaking to a member of staff at the club

• All bookings are handled on a first come, first serve basis.

• No refunds will be made if your child does not attend a pre-booked session. If you wish to cancel a pre booked session, at least 24 hours notice needs to be given otherwise you will still be charged.

• Weekly invoices will be sent out via the Famly app

• Payment can be made via the Famly app or via Paypal to info@fledglingsdaynursery.co.uk
